As an MTN postpaid, prepaid, 3G, and ADSL subscribers; My MTN application enables you to:
- View your MTN balance and bill information.
- Activate/Deactivate services and bundles, Change Plan, and transfer money.
- Chat with customer services directly.
- Be updated on all new MTN products and services offerings and news.
- Get the suitable data bundle for your consumption.
- Check job vacancies and internship at MTN Syria.
- Get the directions to the nearest MTN Customer Service Centers.
تقدم لك MTN سوريا تطبيق “MyMTN” الجديد كنافذة للخدمة الذاتية والذي يتيح لك التحكم بحسابك عبر هاتفك الذكي.
ويوفر لمشتركي الخطوط اللاحقة الدفع، المسبقة الدفع، خطوط الجيل الثالث والـ ADSL الميزات التالي:
- التحقق من رصيد الخط والفاتورة والاستهلاك.
- الاشتراك أو إلغاء بالخدمات والباقات، إضافة لتغير نوع الخط وتحويل الرصيد.
- مراسلة خدمة الزبائن مباشرة من داخل التطبيق.
- متابعة عروض وأخبار MTN.
- الحصول على نصائح لأفضل باقات البيانات المناسبة لكل فرد.
- التعرف على الوظائف ومنح التدريب في الشركة.
- البحث عن مراكز خدمة الزبائن القريبة.
